Applications for Hosting an Exhibition Game are called AHEGs and must be applied for in CTMS.

Club Registrars

·       Arrange for Match Official (EMSA will not be assigning MOs for exhibition games)

·       Provide name of Match Official in the notes section of the application

·       Ensure EMSA approved roster is attached to the application

Exhibition Game Sheet

·       Must be filled in for all exhibition games

·       Completed Exhibition Game Sheets must be submitted back to EMSA within 48 hours of the completion of the game
