Tournaments in Ontario for U13+ - apply for travel permits at http://ctms.ontariosoccer.net/

It is the responsibility of the club registrar or travel manager to ensure that the application has been filled out correctly for the team applying .The club will then approve the ATF.  EMSA will then be able to approve the permit providing that all fields in the ATF are filled out correctly. 

PLEASE NOTE: An ATF is not required to travel to/compete in Ontario Cup.
